Tru Caring was established in 2011 by a local family who wanted to provide a better level of care for their community. We have over 100 years of experience between us and only employ people who are genuinely committed to improving people’s lives.
Tru Caring is a member of the UKHCA. The United Kingdom Homecare Association Ltd (UKHCA) is the representative association for domiciliary care and home nursing providers in the independent, voluntary, statutory and not-for-profit sectors. The Association aims to promote the highest standards of service and to foster the exchange of information and ideas between its members. All UKHCA members agree to abide by the Association’s Code of Practice.
We work with local hospitals to support people who have been in hospital settle back in to life at home. We can help with medication, help around the home and whatever else you need to get back on your feet.
We work with Hampshire County Council to provide services such as Take a Break.
Tru Caring is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC is responsible for making sure that Home Care organisations provide people with safe, effective and high-quality care. We aim to meet and exceed the CQC’s fundamental standards of quality and safety.
